Covid-19 Policies

As of May 18, 2020 we NO LONGER accept walk ins or walk-in scheduling. Services are provided by appointment only. Please call or book online via our online booking system to schedule an appointment. For retail purchases or curbside pick up of retail products, please call ahead for us to designate a 20 minute time frame to provide you with a contact free pickup or assisted in store browsing.

To ensure the safety of our staff and you, we ask that our guests DO NOT attend their appointments accompanied with anyone other than the sole individual receiving the scheduled service (unfortunately this means children over the age of 10, friends, family members, etc. must remain at home or outside of the facility). If you have multiple same day appointments in your family, please come in one at a time by appointment order at your specific scheduled appointment times.

Guests must arrive wearing a mask that goes around the ears only, and may not enter the salon until the time of their scheduled appointments. If you arrive without a mask, we will have masks available to you for a $2 purchase.

Hand sanitizer is available for use within the building and must be applied before handling the coffee station or beverage cooler and before being sat at your stylist's station.

Please remain open and honest with your stylist and inform them if you are feeling under the weather. Arriving sick or with symptoms of sickness IS NOT an option, however if our staff deems it is necessary, a contactless thermometer is at their disposal to check the temperature of anyone suspected to be ill. If you are high risk, please remain home, your health is the upmost importance to us.

Due to high service demands, we have updated our cancellation policy! Jeffrey's requires that our guests provide a 24-hour notice to cancel and/or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide notice of cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee on your next visit. Likewise, if any of our stylists cancel and/or reschedule your appointment due to, but not limited to, sick leave, leave of absence, etc. you will be compensated with a 50% off discount of your scheduled service.
